EMPLOYEE VS EMPLOYER MINDSET, AND WHY IT MATTERS

This Entrepreneur wants to Empower Others Through Investing

Business Bullish with Marlo Nicole is setting the stage for future investors. Teaching the introductory basics of investing, business ownership, and entrepreneurship is the main focus.  Business Bullish, a Blog, Podcast, and VLOG is geared towards beginner investors.  They can expect to understand the basics of business investing, stock market investing, and listen to interviews of business owners and entrepreneurs.

Growing up in Black Communities

Growing up in Black Communities, you learn about survival.  How to stay afloat, “rob Peter, to pay Paul” as many elders could be quoted.  One of the primary lessons taught to young black children is to go to school in order to get a good job with benefits. We can do so much more than that.

Marlo Nicole found that while this advice on the surface is not poor advice; it is very limiting as it structured the minds of young people and caused them to think as employees rather than employers; The thought process is very different.  In fact, employers would find much more business success if they spent more time teaching employees how to think like business owners.

Employee vs Employer Mindset

It is important for both employees and employers to understand the bottom line.  What Marlo Nicole goes through in Business Bullish (in no particular order) is how to get into business, or plan an exit strategy. Discuss some of the pitfalls in business and entrepreneurship and how to potentially avoid them?  She relates these various topics to current events and real life examples to keep the audience engaged through various media and special guests.
